12U Red Starzz, Harold Hipps, Manager  

Our Goal: Is to walk on the field and off the field with Respec.  Respect for our opponents, teammates and coaches.  We pick each other up when we make mistakes and we celebrate the big plays.  We are a team!

Our Team: Our team will include mainly 11 year olds playing in a 12U league.  We may be young, but we will put our best foot forward every practice and every game.  Competition is important, but we must always have fun! 

Our Coach: Harold became involved with the Willoughby Baseball League when he started playing at the age of 4.  He has coached in multiple boys leagues including All Stars and Travel as well as Instructional, Pixies and 10U Fast pitch for the girls.  He is looking forward bringing his playing and coaching experience to the Starzz family.
